Cylinder Liner and Sleeve is a cylindrical part to be fitted into an engine block to form a cylinder. The Cylinder Liner receives combustion heat through the piston and piston rings and transmits the heat to the coolant. The Cylinder Liner is available in two versions such as dry liner that is in direct contact with engine block and wet liner, which comes with sealing grooves for O rings and is always in direct contact with water. Cylinder Liner and Sleeve finds applications in diesel, petrol and marine compressor engines for light and heavy commercial vehicles, cars, tractors and utility vehicles.
